WHO WE ARE
Revere Adult Day Health Center is an adult day health program that is a community-based non-residential program providing nursing care, supervision, and health-related support services in a structured group setting to persons 18 years of age or older who have physical, cognitive, or behavioral health impairments; and, supports families and other caregivers thereby enabling the participant to live in the community.
OUR MISSION
To enhance the quality and dignity of life for adults with disabilities or illness through a supportive and rehabilitative day program, that maximizes their independence and therefore enables the individual to remain in his/her home environment.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
The philosophy of the Center is to promote health and independence for older adults through a structured therapeutic day program of medical, social, and rehabilitative services in a supportive group setting and culturally relevant environment for individuals served. The quality of life of older and/or disabled adults is dependent upon the ability to live independently with external support or continuing and regular assistance with medical, recreational, and social opportunities.
